Danica Gutierrez

Danica Gutierrez is the Founder and Director of RizFin, a trusted partner to growing business owners who want more clarity and less chaos.

Danica is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with experience leading finance and compliance operations for over 70 entities across capital markets and leasing.

Since relocating to Ireland in 2016, she has become known for her precision, systems thinking, and supportive, human-centred approach. Danica believes finance should feel empowering rather than overwhelming, and she focuses on helping growing businesses build clean financial foundations, compliant processes, and smart systems that simplify everyday work.

At the core of her philosophy is a simple belief: structure creates space, for better decisions, sustainable growth, and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Danica stays grounded through strength training, running, reading, and quiet reflection: habits that carry into how she works, focused, intentional, and steady under pressure. RizFin reflects that same mindset: structured, supportive, and built to help business owners move forward with clarity and confidence.

Her work blends technical accuracy with personal care, turning financial complexity into clarity, creating order, and building confidence for the businesses she supports.

Professional Status & Regulation

Compliance You Can Rely On

RizFin provides non-audit accountancy and bookkeeping services in Ireland and operates fully within the scope permitted under Irish law.

AML Compliance

We carry out strict verification and due diligence checks before and during every engagement, so your business relationship with us is properly documented and above board. This follows Irish anti-money laundering law, with our compliance supervised by the Department of Justice's AML Compliance Unit (AMLCU).

Revenue Tax Agent

We're authorised to deal directly with Revenue on your behalf: filing your returns, managing your tax registrations, and handling correspondence, so you're never stuck navigating Revenue's online system yourself. This is done as your registered Revenue tax agent, strictly on your instruction.

Company Law Filings

We can file your company forms directly with the Companies Registration Office on your instruction, as an authorised CRO Electronic Filing Agent (EFA).
