Danica Gutierrez

Danica Gutierrez is the Founder and Director of RizFin.

A Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Danica's professional background spans accounting, financial operations, compliance and process improvement, including work across capital markets and leasing.

Her experience has shaped a disciplined approach to professional practice, bringing together technical knowledge, regulatory awareness and strong systems thinking. She places particular emphasis on understanding the structure and requirements of an engagement from the outset, establishing sound processes and maintaining clear professional standards throughout.

Through RizFin, Danica works with business owners, investors and companies navigating the corporate and financial requirements of operating in Ireland. Her role encompasses client engagement, professional oversight and the continued development of the firm's practice.

Trust or Company Service Provider

RizFin is authorised by the Minister for Justice as a Trust or Company Service Provider in Ireland, covering the relevant trust or company services undertaken by the firm.

Revenue Tax Agent

RizFin acts as an Irish tax agent for clients within the scope of agreed tax engagements, dealing directly with Revenue on their behalf.

CRO Electronic Filing Agent

RizFin is registered as an Electronic Filing Agent for relevant filings with the Companies Registration Office.

AML Compliance

RizFin is supervised by the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit as an external accountant, in respect of its applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
