Director’s Profile

Danica Gutierrez is the Founder and Director of RizFin, a financial operations partner for small business owners who want more clarity and less chaos.

Danica is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with experience leading finance and compliance operations for over 70 entities across capital markets and leasing.

Since relocating to Ireland in 2016, she has become known for her precision, systems thinking, and supportive, human-centred approach. Danica believes finance should feel empowering rather than overwhelming, and she focuses on helping small businesses grow through clean financial foundations, compliant processes, and smart systems that simplify everyday work.

At the core of her philosophy is a simple belief:
structure creates space — for better decisions, sustainable growth, and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Danica enjoys strength training, running, reading, and practising her spirituality — habits that keep her grounded, focused, and intentional in both business and life. RizFin reflects this same mindset: structured, supportive, and designed to help business owners move forward with clarity and confidence.

Her work blends technical accuracy with personal care, supporting small businesses by turning financial complexity into clarity, creating order, and building confidence.

Professional status, regulation & AML compliance

RizFin provides non-audit accountancy and bookkeeping services in Ireland and operates fully within the scope permitted under Irish law.

When providing these services, RizFin is considered a designated person under Irish anti-money laundering legislation. AML supervision falls under the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit (AMLCU) of the Department of Justice.

RizFin maintains appropriate AML compliance measures, including:

business and customer risk assessments
customer due diligence prior to commencing services
beneficial ownership checks for corporate clients
ongoing monitoring of client relationships
AML policies and procedures
statutory record-keeping
suspicious transaction reporting where required

Danica Gutierrez is not a member of an Irish designated accountancy body. Irish law does not require Irish professional body membership to provide non-audit accountancy and bookkeeping services. bookkeeping services, and RizFin operates fully within the scope permitted under Irish law.

Company law filings

RizFin is an authorised Companies Registration Office (CRO) Electronic Filing Agent (EFA) and may assist with the electronic filing of company forms on client instruction.

RizFin does not provide company incorporation or registered office services unless registered as a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP).
